Hey Guys,I am doing a dio and want to use real dirt for the ground an dust to cover tracks bunkers ect.I have sifted the dirt so I have one grade for the ground an another for dust. What would be the best way to get the dirt to stick to the wood base an the dust to stick to the tracks an bunkers ect. Thanks for the help.
I don’t know the answer to this one but I sure would like to. I’ll keep an eye on this post. Bob
Diluted white glue (elmers) would be my best guess
Apply diluted white (Elmer’s) glue to the base, then sprinkle the dirt over it. For dust on the vehicle, you can use pump hairspray in the same method. Spray on the hairspraye then sprinkle on the dust.
diluted white glue works for me too. if you are using liquidtex just mix the dirt in with the white liquidtex in a container and spread it on.
