AT-AT Ausf. B... Rommel meets George Lucas

Good thing the Germans never got their AT-ATs working…

next up… Luftwaffe concept called Tie Messerschmitt

Thats pretty cool, my favorite StarWars vehicle![:D]

There was a really nice resin kit offered a few years ago that I got my hands on… from SMT models. The kit cost me $150, but has recently sold on ebay for about $450. SMT was hit by a cease and desist order from Lucasfilm. SMT had been planning a Millennium Falcon, which coincided with a firm called Code Red who had purchased the rights to make a diecast model replica from Lucasfilm.

Here is the AT-AT finished by the guy who did the sculpt (alfred wong)

Real cool stuff! Thanks for sharing!

Great composition on this one.

Unfortunately for the Germans, their AT-AT suffered mechanical problems due to it’s complex structure. The Russians built a simpler version involving a guy on stilts with a rifle

I don’t believe it! You have uncovered the rarest of all the vengeance weapons developed by the nazi’s. The V-3 panzerstompanything! It was said to have been used briefly with great success but was later withdrawn for hitler and goring to use in “social” recruiting and never saw combat again. The only surviving example is rumored to be at area 51. Now who was it that developed the armor for the M-1?

the guy that engineered the armor for the M-1 was a Sith, I believe

Hmmm… I’m thinking Y-wing with RLM 81/82 over 76 or maybe even a squiggle pattern!! Ooops, sorry, I forgot I’m in the armor section!!

Great stuff. lol

try putting zimmermit on a tie fighter… quite amusing.

I saw some model kits of nazi walkers and spaceships. They were pretty cool. I love these “what-if” things.

That’s pretty cool, nice job on the photoshop.

actually looking pretty cool. nice idea. the photochop is pretty cool.

joe

What do you suppose the Brits think of this weapon Fritz?

Funny pic.
I’d seen the vignette a little while ago when it was posted on missing-lynx. Too bad the comany is getting slammed by LucasArts, but that’s money-grubbing-greedbags for ya.

Heh heh heh…Der StompUndKaputinator!!!

Cool!
I like the cupola on top!

by the way, folks. i didn’t make it… just found it on the ssm boards. there is more than a little inspiration from nazi germany in Lucas’ Star Wars… Darth’s helmet, stormtroopers, etc.

thats really funny. those germans had some crazy ideas
