How should I go about esp the idler wheel and drive sprocket? The straight runs are obvious, but I’d like some input as to the ends.

I usually make a run of 15-20 and wrap around the drive sprocket towards the idler. I glue them to the wheels as I’m going along. Make sure that the runs have curred a bit or they will fall apart. Repeat process until you come around to the sprocket.
