ok… but before you put in your answer to me i attached the bogies to the hull… so that’s where i am at until monday. you want a pic, i’ll post it now and again monday. if anyone objects to my mistaken early start, i’ll gladly bow out. it’s a great kit, can’t help myself.

the italeri sherman in 1/72 is nowhere near the worst…
that honor is reserved 4 the airfix version IMHO, it looked so awful
in the box that i couldn’t bring myself 2 put it together. maybe i’ll use
it as a burned-out hull in a dio someday…
re: italeri M4 kit, i have built this kit a couple of times & the transmission cover
(part # 19) is installed upside down from the way it is shown in the instructions.
if u put it on the way they say 2, the upper hull won’t fit w/o some cutting & filing,
but if u flip it over, it fits perfectly.
just trying 2 save u some extra hassles…
