Id be interested in finding out if there are any 1/35 models of cars around. I was looking for Russian Zil model or any other russian car models bu couldnt find anything. I would like to intergrate a 1/35 car into a diorama.

Here’s a 1/35 scale Soviet staff car by Maquette. CMK also makes 1/35 scale Volkswagons (WW2 era). There are a few 1/32 car models that are close enough in scale to use.
Nope, no civilian vehicles, other than the German WWII VW bug in 1/35. However, there are quite a few available in 1/32 and they are close enough to put with 1/35 items. I have done it many times, you can see some in my showcases below.
