Everyone,

I have seen a few references to Apoxie sculpt. My question is - is it used in the same manner as let’s say putty or mr surfacer etc.? and does it have advantages?

I use it for filling large seams, can be helpfull for filling gaps where the wings meet the fuselage. It is nice in that it cleans up with water. Once it is dry it will give you a strong bond where used. Mr. Surfacer is much thinner in all it’s forms 500,1000,1200 so there is a difference between the 2 products. Mr. Surfacer is a liquid, while Apoxie Sculpt is more a solid. You can thin it down with water. I use both, but would not consider them interchangeable.
