I sent in my Sotar 20/20 and was trying to get confirmation that they have it… will it take a few weeks… etc… But most importantly, I did not include a self addressed stamped return envelope for its return.
I want to just touch base with the Repair Department and confirm that they have it and that if they need a credit card for the return shipping to just call me.
I don’t know if you need to provide a SASE, but return address and phone numbers are important!
Instructions and Information for Repairs
Use the address given above to send in repairs
Indicate the model of the airbrush you are sending on the outside of the box
(example: Attn: Model 100 Service).
Make sure you include a sheet of paper with a brief description of the problem
and most importantly include your return address and phone/fax numbers. Often
times the packaging gets destroyed or the labels are torn off. We need to know
who sent the airbrush in order to be able to return it.
All packages must arrive pre-paid (that means you will have to pay for postage to get the package to us). If there will be a charge to repair your airbrush, we will contact you first before we do the repair (that is why your phone number is important).( Badger recommends you ship your package to us in a traceable manner, UPS, Fed Ex.)
Repairs generally take 1 to 2 weeks plus the shipping time. We will pay for the shipping back to you via UPS
i had to send a brand new compressor to them to have warranty issues corrected, call the 1-800-247-2787,that’s customer service, tell them about the AB and they’ll track it in the shop and give you a progress update ,you could also ask for Raoul,he was a major help in keeping my stuff moving and keeping me up to date
Yeah, the problem is that I was emailing back and forth Dino from Badger and he told me to mail it in. I did that, but then after the fact I looked at the site and there were the instructions. I just did it based off the email from him.
I called the main number on Friday but just got the machine and left a message for Repair.
