What’s wrong with you??? It’s an airplane tail for Pete’s sake!
The canopy was way off the mark also, had to stress it and super-glue it a little bit at a time until it conformed. Even so got a few stress cracks near the glue joint.

I am sorry I do not get the “pun” (if there was one) and can you draw me a picture please - but what an extraordinarily produced model. I can recall the very first Airfix kits that were only marketed by Woolworths in the UK. We thought htey were amazing but the Spitfire had razor sharp wing s - the only “glue” was so thick it almost had to be prized from the tube. Anyway try not to make a bodge of this one Swanny!!
