Anyone Remember an FSM Article re 1/24 Monogram Valvoline Indy Car Build?

I’m trying to locate which FSM issue has an article regarding the build of Monogram’s 1/24 Valvoline Indy car. I think it was sometime between '89 to '93.

The November 1989 issue has a kit review of AMT Domino’s pizza car and the Monogram valvoline car. It is just a basic kit reeview with out any details of the build. Is this what you were looking for?
