Anyone ordered from Sanger Engineering?

I’ve tried to place an order with these guys three times now and received no response to my emails. Anyone else know how to get these guys attention (aside form phoe and snail mail of course [:p])?

Hi,
Sanger is in the middle of moving workshops, he E-Mailed me a month ago and hoped to be back up and running by the end of June.

Don’t lose heart, just give them some time to move.

I got the same “moving” story and that he would be back up soon but no response to any other emails over the last month. I’m about ready to call him and see WTF is going on cause he has my $$$

Keep me updated Swanny. I’ll do the same if I hear anything.

Given its an International call across the pond for most of us, I was wondering if anyone in the UK could ring 'em up on the tele and get a response for us.

Here’s my question.
How is the detail of these kits?
I don’t guess it really matters much as they have a couple of kits that I may be interested in.

They are starting points only - lots of scratch work required, metal parts are only of mediocre quality. Not ‘shake and bake’, that’s for sure but definitly of subjects you can’t find anywhere else in scale. If you are going to jump into a Sanger kit plan on six to twelve months.

Just got an email from Gerald at Sanger. Seems their computers had become corrupted which is why none of us could make contact that way. They resumed production last week Wednesday. If you have orders outstanding you need to contact them to assist with order reconstruction.

Thanks for the response, Matt.
At least now I know where I’ll stand when I decide to order from them.

Got a similar email from Gerald as well. Good of him to get back to all of us.

Sounds like he needs some Disaster Recovery help. I smell a small business opp.
