I’ll go out on a limb here and tell you: no, not a chance. Never been done, won’t happen this century. But, who knows, maybe somebody from the cottage industry will make a nice vacform of it one day. In the meantime you could practice your scratchbuilding skills and make your own one-of-a-kind Rohrbach [swg]. The people at http://www.seawings.co.uk/ provide some nice plans of other flying boats on their website, so maybe there’s plans out there for this one as well. Looking at the hull and wing shapes it’s not entirely impossible to scratch build this thing. Just takes a lot of commitment I guess. If you do take the plunge, make sure to let us know how you’re getting on!
…and of course, it needs to be done in 1/32nd scale [;)]
lol… scratch build in 1/35!! i´ve never try it before, i mean olny plastic models and resin… but there is a first time for every thing!
Thanks for the help!

Hey … that Dr. Rohrbach is a handsome devil, ain’t he? I bet he had the frauleins lined up for a lube job …

Obviously, the question of identity is already settled, and congrats to Filibert for the research. I had never even heard of Rohrbach. Learn something every day. As further corroboration that Filibert has got it spot on, take a look at the unfinished fuselage/hull in the foreground of the photo. Compare the size and placement of the two round hatches to the schematic diagram on the Rohrbach X page linked from Filibert’s post. They are identical.
