anyone interested?

I was in our hanger today and took a quick look at whats sitting on the floor for me to take pictures. We have a few standard blackhawks, Chinooks and some Kiowa’s used for counter drug and things like that. They are all in various stages of repair. I was going to take some pics but the more I thought about the more I figured there was plenty of online pics of the above subjects.

However we do have a florescentsp yellow cobra used for training only. I bet cobrahistorian doesnt have that in his book![:D]

Ok, THIS I’ve gotta see!

Let’s see the Cobra!

Has anyone ever seen the blue Cobra based out of Enterprise, AL? If my memory serves, it is electric blue with a gold lightning bolt down the side. Keep an eye out when you get to Mother Rucker Jon.

Will do! Sounds interesting… I will have to keep an eye out for that one!
Hey Pharoah, as I’m going to be starting on my Kiowa at some point in the near future, how about some shots of them?

Any shots of the A Kiowa?
Lee

Unknownpharoah, i would be intrested in pics of helo’s being worked on. I would like to see them with panels open, off and tool trays w/ whatever power tools used. I also would like to see a black hawk engine bay. I would like to build a helicopter being worked on instead of all button-up and sitting there, so yes i would be intrested. Thanks.

ok no problem guys. I just didnt want to bog the site down with pics you can go get someplace else. I will try to have them for you guys in the next week or so. I will include the yellow cobra as well.

I think doing a diorama of a chinook getting worked on would be great. I can tell you from working with these guys they love that bird. They have more panels than you could ever imagine! I think we have about 5 Kiowas in right now. I will get some pics of those as well.

Would like to see those photo’s myself.
Mac, haven’t heard the term Mother Rucker in a long time.
Jon, keep your camera ready at Rucker, never know what you will see
Jon and Lee, what kind of Kiowa photos are you looking for?

John,

I’m lookin for current, in-Iraq shots of KWs. Lookin forward to getting to Rucker. Have a ton of stuff to do before I get there, but I’m well on my way!

Two words, You Rock.

Jon,
I think I just missed my last chance to get 58 pics, we parked beside a flight of 4 just 2 days ago. If some guys stop here before we leave I will try to get some but they will probably be just off the boat without that wonderful lived in look that helicopters get while in the desert.

Mac

Albert
on the way to you

John, I am looking for shots of the Vietnam era Amodel Kiowa.
