Is that a hotwheels car or something? It looks kind of like a toy right now, no offence.
No offense taken…the reason I qualified the post (…1/64) was that If you were into 1/64 you’d know that 1. It’s a Matchbox 2. They don’t COME with “canvas” tops 3. Making a top the size of a fingernail look “right” aint easy. Anyway, that’s the deal. And yes, it does look toylike now, not having been detailed, weathered, “shot” in the right setting/light. The idea again was just to showcase the canvas top. Having said all that, I sometimes see work in groups that I don’t “get”, but I can’t imagine what I’d gain by calling their attention to it. BUT, we all do/say things without a lot of thought sometimes, no hard feelings. I get enough positive feedback to keep me going.

The top is totally wrong for a Willys MB army jeep too. There should be no sides and a back piece. Also, you still have the bows which support the top folded down on the back of the jeep. Tires are way off as well. Here is how it should look.
No offense meant, but it just doesn’t look right and no amount of weathering and lighting will fix it. Its just too chunky and has soft details. Its not just the scale either. I have seen many 1/72 scale plastic models on here and other sites that look real. You may find more 1/64 collectors over on an car modeler site, but not many here.
