Anybody here from the Upper Ohio Valley

I would like to know if anyone here is from the Upper Ohio Valley, particularly around, Wheeling, WV. I’d like to get a model club started, if I can. Thanks all.

Well, I’m not quite in the upper Ohio Valley but I am about two hours away in Zanesville, OH.
