so anybody ever tried it? It’d be hard but man wouldn’t it look awesome if you pulled it off?

Think a few have tried, but I don’t remember seeing any finished photo’s

Ah yes, the Hungarian Eagle. Yup, it’s been done a few times, and well. The one below is by Ákos Szabó at Aircraft Resource Center (ARC).
