Not much out there. Dragon makes a 50 mm Pak 38. Italeri is releasing one later. AFV makes a 88 mm Pak 43 and is releasing a 75 mm Pak 40 (drool) in April.

P.S.- I started building armor about 1 year ago. I started by building the Tamiya 37mm Pak kit. An easy start. Then tried the Dragon 7.5cm Pak. It’s a good kit too!
I will make the assumption you are talking about towed artillery in 1/35 scale. Here are some more that I have and did not see the other two gentlemen post about.
Italeri US 57mm anti-tank gun currently under release by Zvezda as the Mk-I 6 pound anti-tank gun (#3518).
Warriors makes a US 3" anti-tank gun conversion for the Italeri M101 105mm howitzer (#319).
Italeri Zis-3 (M-42) 76.2mm Soviet anti-tank gun (#302).
Italeri German PAK 40 anti-tank gun (#318).
Not a comprehensive list, just what I happen to own.
Tamiya do a 6 pounder
Accurate armour make a 17 pounder
Italeri do some of the Russian AT guns but i think there re boxed russian kits
Cromwell models do a 88 Flak 41 but it was used alot as a Pak
verlinden makes an 88mm in 120 scale i wish there was more of them
