Thanks jimz, it wasnt too bad, a lil different working with superglue on most of the seams instead of liquid cement but not too bad at all. Got a small update and the last until it is finished. Got the tracks on and started to weather them a bit. Pretty pleased with how they turned out although the pics dont do them justice (its not the camera, its the user[(-D]) Here are some pics of where I’m at right now…
Thats it for now! Next update will be the finished StuG! Thanks for looking and as always, comments and crits are welcome!
Well, I am calling this one done. Id like to thank all the pro’s on this forum for the tips and advice which helped this one turn out as good as it did. Im really happy with how it turned out. Thanks for looking and all comments are welcomed!!
[sigh]i only wish it were mine.just kidding, this has to be one of the nicest stugs i have ever seen.the detail of the kit must be great.the way you brought it out is the coolest.whats coming out of your factory next.[tup][tup]
Detailfreak- Thanks for the compliments! I am actually 80% done with DRagons StuG III F/8. Hopefully I can get it finished and posted by the end of the week!
Very nice StuG Jester! That boar face really makes it stand out, the paint and weathering are first rate also! I like that you kept the paint scheme simple, as said before the face and eyes really pop out and grab your attention!!
Thanks alot for the comments everyone!! Im really happy with this one, it looks great sitting next to my Tamiya B and will look even better with the F/8 when its done!
