Absolutely beautiful. The finish is stunning. Is that Alcald or something else?

Yes it’s alclad11 painted over a future basecoat, i used white aluminum, aluminum and duraluminum…I should have added that in the first post…[:(DD]
Thanks Yardbird for the comments…
Terrific work, The light weathering on the painted panel edges is a great touch. The aluminum finish looks like what I would expect an in service aircraft to look like. Great work. Rick.
Very, very nice work on this one! I have never tried Alclad over a Future coat, looks like it works very well indeed. Stunning build!
Now THAT looks like an operational Mustang in the PTO… The varied shades are really good and the paint-chipping on the black bands is just the right amount…
Good work on an under-modeled subject ( PTO Ponies)…
Thanks guys for the comments[Y]
Hans you are right, not to many PTO Mustangs out there…I love the schemes, my current WIP is a P-38(Put Put Maru) in a PTO scheme…
Nice work on the Stang. Well done [Y].
