This is the new 1/72 scale Airfix PR.9 re-worked to the PR.9 development airframe known as the HAPR.9. The HAPR.9 was a conversion of a PR.7 WH793 with the “bigger wing” and engines of what would become the PR.9. I’ve used most of the New Airfix 9 with the nose coming from the old Airfix B.(I)6 the instrument boom is made from milliput with a sawing needle core.
