Anyone here order from Anigrand before? How was your experience? I recently placed an order, but I have had no order or shipping confirmation, and they have yet to respond to any of my emails. Anyone here order from them before? What was your experience?
I have ordered twice from Anigrand, and had no problems. They shipped my orders pretty quickly too. Less than two weeks, IIRC.
I have always bought their stuff through a second tier vendor.
Generally though, just be persistent and you will hear from them.
Just a followup: I finally did reach someone at Anigrand. It took five days and several emails to establish that they had no record of the order, which arrived the next day, in a box that looked like it had been air dropped.
But the model is nice. Not sure if I’d order directly from them again. I think I’d try my luck with a third-party vendor.
