has anyone built AMT’s Slave 1? I was tempted to purchase it the other day at the LHS and was wondering if its any good? always thought that Fett’s ship was pretty cool looking.

I have built it a couple of times. The most recent is at:

I like the old kit, with some work it turns out to be a nice display piece. The Fine Molds kit is by far the best. The only choice is really how much you want to spend in time(AMT) or money(FM).[:D]

I am working on the AMT Slave 1. It is a good model to enhance your paint and modeler skills [:)]
