Members of the Armor Forum, I have just returned from AMPS East…the largest gathering of the FSM forum as seen below. For those whose names are missing just post it and I will add it to the list. Please excuse me if I miss your name, I am partially brain dead after the past two days

There were 13 of us (actually a few more who did not make the picture). We entered a total of 38 models.
It was a great show…always great to be with friends. The best part of the show is the “social event”. There were some great seminars 3 of which were given Al, Rob and I. There are many of us who look forward to this show every year. It was worth it. Looking forward to next year!!

Yeah, what a great show! Tons of fun and it was great getting to meet you guys. I am 6th from the left in the back row, otherwise known as Jon. The guy 4th from the left in the front row is Mark (MTMarine04), and the guy who took the picture was my dad.
I had such a great time! It was really nice to see everybody again, and to meet new people also. (Jon, and MTMarine, JMart, Steve, Thom…really good to meet you!)
I agree with Mike in that I was looking forward to this all year, and I was not disappointed! A BIG well done to NMMA for putting on a great show.
On the ride home after the show, Marc, Boyd, and I were already discussing what we would build for next year! [:D]
Yes,I was there too, it was a great show,talked to Marc and Rob,sat in on Al’s figure class,but couldn’t stay long enough for the picture.Great work by all the FSM guys.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - this is one of the events I look forward to ALL year. I am already getting excited thinking about next year.
Like has already been said, one of the highlights for me is catching up with the folks I’ve met in the past and meeting new folks from the Forum. This year I got face to face with three friends from the forum - JMart, Oddmanrush, and MTMarine. It was good to meet you guys. Hope you all make it to next year!

Now here is a question…look at the photo…all the young guys have no hair…all the older guys have a full head of hair…what is this world coming to!! LOL
Just thought you’d like to know I heard from Dupes. He rolled in to his place at 2:17 this moring. Apparently 495 in MASS was down to two lanes in a bunch of places which slowed him down quite a bit (plus getting to a rest stop only to find that the ONLY coffee place was CLOSED!!! WTF??). Anyways, at last report he was awake, sitting at the dining room table going over the considerable haul he took from the vendors…
Was great to meet all of you guys and to put faces AND people behind the posts.
Of course, I was the only duffus who did not read the NAVADMIN message about wearing dark shirts, but what do you expect of a NAVY guy?
Rob and Al did a great job on their seminars… very instructive and AMAZING how frigging fast AND good they work! <insert Garth’s “We are not worthy” emoticon here>.

I have known Al and his art for many years however; I have lost touch with both over the past 10+/- years. I have had the honor of being visited by bbrowniii recently and Mike and I well, we are brothers… fraternal brothers and always will be.
Great jobs guys and good to know that all have made the trek home safely. Like devoted Boston Red Sox fans, the words “There’s always next year” can be applied here as well.
