Amazing photographs of Munchen-Riem Airfield that exist--but where?

Found this link on another forum–apparently referencing some amazing color photos that were sold on eBay/Germany in 2004 of planes at the Munchen-Riem Airfield after capture, showing one of the JV44 Fw190D-9’s…settles the question of whether the undersides were black or red…obviously the photos have been altered/defaced for display online, but they show enough detail to be very enticing–would love to know the history, and how to obtain the photos, whether they are published anywhere…they are just beautiful!

Uproar,

Thanks for the link! Even though they put a slash through the photo, you can still make out some good detail of Red 1! I hope those shots get published so we can see the whole thing!

Very interesting pics. Thanks for the link.

Regards, Rick

A couple of these photos from Munchen-Reim are available in “Luftwaffe im Focus” magazine, don’t recall which issue but it’s available from Squadron.

hmmm… now that I’m looking at that shot, I don’t think its Red 1. No dolly under the tail. It is probably Red 3.
