I saw this over on the ARC forum and had to share it.
Wow! I suck compared to this guy! [bow]

Now, now Mike. Think positively.
But, if you had built that…
Jeez, it that real or is it Memorex??? If the builder had not added the figures, I would never have guessed it to be a model without a VERY detailed study of the photo! I agree with MikeV - I MORE than suck compared to this builder [bow] [bow]

That really does look real (the stiff postures of the figures throw it a bit) and reminds me of when I took a tour of NAS Whidby Island back in 1987 or so. Nimitz was docked at Puget Sound for a refit and its Prowlers had all come home to Whidby.
The hazy atmosphere and wet looking tarmac that surround the model, really remind me of that tour.
Fantastic work on the model as well as the photography.

At first I thought it was a set up. But the figures do kida give it away. Also the top red collision light is off a little for a real one. But none the less an OUTSTANDING biuld!!! Almost makes me want to find a differant hobby!! (NOT)
OH MY GOD. That guy is a modelling beast. I wonder how long it took him to put that together.
