I agree. My silvers are always (or seem to be) a little thinner as well. Could be due to pigment type, content, and application intent.

Yes “metal” colors always tend to be a bit runny…not sure why though
I thought I had seen watery metallic paint, that is until I opened up a bottle of Testor titanium formulated for airbrushing. Used it on the Testor SR-71 in 1/48 scale, watery or not it works well.![]()
