Airflow Regulator Question

Hey Tom, UPS might listen to ya. Heck, ya even got 2 trackong #s to verify your claim[:D] my g.f. even says they listen & will work with you. My Badger took the scenic route before getting here[soapbox] if they’d have sent it thru Sac to begin with…
Oh hey, “if” ya wanna see dat C-note again, ya know where to find me[;)][(-D] Getting it back might be a different story altogether[:-,]
You are right, it IS burnin’ my fingers[}:)] I might be sittin’ here makin’ hissin’ sounds while “air brushing” a kit which is better than you sitting there tryin’ ta make sounds of dem Sherman tanks & Panzers goin’ at it amongst M-1 fire[(-D][(-D]

Gee Tom, I was wondering what that thing on the nose was for[;)] I was having trouble finding out where the paint exited!![:O] Thanks again Tom, I appreciate your kindness & I will send some pics when I get going on this thing[swg]

That Paasche regulator sounds good. Go for it!

Kewl[:D] Shouldn’t need anything special to hook it up to a Badger hose?

No, it should fit fine and if not you will only need a fitting or two from the hardware store.
Most all hoses, etc have a 1/4" NPT thread on the compressor/regulator end.

Looks like I’m set on it[:D] I already have the 1/4" fittings . Just need to wait for payday[banghead]
Thank you Fellas for your help[^]

Keep the razors sharp!![8-]

Eddie

Ed,

Where are you buying this Paasche regulator?
I have not seen it for $30, that is a good price.
I found two on Ebay for $38 each.

Here is the link Ross had given me

Ahh, ok.
I was looking at the one above it. [oops]
Spend another $15 and you get free shipping from Dixie.

I’ll be checking the site for anything else that I might have a use for[:-,] before I commit to placing an order

Ed, do you still want that hose? I’m confused…keeps happening as I get older…now where were we…for that matter, where am I…? [%-)]

You aint sent it yet?[:O] I think yer on the planet called Pluto perhaps?![(-D][(-D]

Looking over the Dixie Art catalog, I seen something called Arttool Stretch mask & art mask frish film (item# 94 HM1) it’s a 6" x 10yd. roll. for $14.95. anyone use this stuff & what’s the gouge on it?

That is frisket film Ed and it is used for illustration airbrushing.
It can be used for modeling also as it is low-tack.

Ed, look at what it says under my avatar…[:I][:-^]

I did[:-,][(-D][alien]

Thanks, thought it was something like that. Guess there’s my free shipping huh.

Eddie - ironic thay’s what I will be using to get the free shipping when I order the spare needle/nozzle and crown cap tomorrow for my new brush (which DID come in on time today! YAY!!!)… I’ve only got one sheet of frisket left so it works out great. Especially as I will be doing several RAF/FAA planes in the coming months!

Tom, what new brush did you get?

E

Well [bday] bro!![:D] I know you were abit worried it not being in on time[;)][party] I’m new to the world of frisket & what I know of it, I have learnt here on da boards [:)] Sounds like it’s good stuff.
I’m happy for ya Tom. That’s the Badger 100GL right?
