VERY exciting looking lineup from Airfix coming in 1/72 (for we 1/72 enthusiasts, that is [:P]). My biggest want is the Boulton-Paul Defiant. Not a great plane, but, a very unusual and interesting aircraft. Pair that with the upcoming He-111, and that theatre of war will be well built next year. In the Pacific side, new Wilcat and Kate…gonna be a busy Airfix build year for me!!
That’s great to hear. I like Airfix kits very much–even some of the old ones; but some are just–well, leaving much to be desired.
Good news about the Defiant. I have one from another manufacturer, but I understand Airfix’s Defiant almost barks.
For those who want to take a look:
The 111P-2 is a nice addition, but there are still a couple of hase kits of that around. I am rather pleased about the Ju 87B-1. I do have the Fujimi kit but would like another for an R-1. So I think this will be a must have. Nice to see the Defiant as well.
