airbrush

i build 1/48 aircraft.in full life i paint full size items with good resultes.i need to buy a airbrush or two.there ar so many on the market and i have no experance with any .i would like to use water based paints,just for the ease of cleanup,but i am open to ideas.cost of the airbrush is not a concern,you get what you pay for.i realize this is a huge topicto cover.i just would like some advice from exprranced air craft modlers,thank you ,norman.[:)]

thank to all the people who replied to my request for advice on airbrushes,it all was very helpfull.i ordered a iwata eclipse hpcs.next purchase will be a air source.once again thanks for your interestand time,norm,[:D]

Like the link provided by MusicCity, I swear by my Omni 4000. It was/is my first and so far I’ve gotten great results with it. The best thing about using an A/B, IMO, is that so little paint is needed, and there are NO brush strokes to worry about.
