Air Brushes

Hey, I’ve been buliding models for about 4 years and now i’m thinking of buying an Air Brush. What is a good starter air brush for someone who models WW II armor in 1/72 and 1/35? Any help would be great!!! [8)]

well ,I like my Paasche H, its a geat airbrush, time tested and its only a single action. great to start out on. but you’ll get about a half a dozen different answers from the other guys.

BTW Welcome to the FSM forum!!!

Ive had a Badger Vega 2000 for about a year and works great with camo jobs/double action. Depending on how much ya want to spend i got mine off of ebay. Good luck

Try posting this in the painting and airbrush thread.

I use two airbrushes. I have a Badger 350 and an Iwata HP-C.

I have had two Badger airbrushes. I had the single-action 350 and now own a Badger 200. The nice thing about the 200 is that it gives a poor man’s double-action results. You can control the volume of paint by turning a knob on the end of the brush, thus giving a toned down look. I highly recommend anything Badger. By the way, welcome to the forums HaHa.

hello and welcome to the forums HAHAYOUDONTKNOWM!![:)]
i had an aztek as my first brush and it caused me no end of problems[:0][:(!][V]…then i dived into the airbrush/painting forum and came out with an iwata hp-c (i think!..it was definitely iwata anyway[:p])…
…and now i’m happy!![:D]
check out that particular forum, as you’ll get the best advice there; hope this helped.
