My computer recently crashed so I lost all my bookmarked places, and amoung them were several aftermarket Rally Car acessories.
However the lights you are looking at should be quite simple to make up using sprue or some plastic rod. If you have a spare parts box or a friend with one, look for the ends of 1/72 1/48 scale bombs or torpedos.
