Adversary Skyhawk

[Y][Y]

She looks fantastic…great job!

Thanks, guys!

Wow! She’s a beauty; and I agree, most attractive Skyhawk camo scheme I’ve seen too! [:D[

Thanks, Gary!

Really interesting scheme and a great model! You should be very proud and happy with your build.

Thank you three times over for the slat fix. I have a Hase A-4M that’s been on the shelf while I fussed with ways to replace the actuators that had broken off before I even broke the seal. A couple of my ideas didn’t work out, so it sat on the shelf. Went to the scale RR hobby shop today and picked up some long and short stanchions, and I’m (finally) going to build my scooter!

Howdy Kolja,

Long time no chat… I too have been away from the bnench due to work and my lil guy so it’s nice to finally get back to the bench!! Wow I totally love the Scooter especially the scheme you dressed her up in!!

Over all build is top notch and quite eye catching!! As I am typing, I am finishing up my AVF Club’s F-5 and I put her in the marking of VFC 113, the Saints.

You Scooter is based of NAS Key West correct? If you mentioned I do apologize!

Thank you for sharing my friend!

Flaps up,

Mike

Great finish to this build!

Glad my project was able to help you out with yours! While there’s perhaps some SLIGHT inaccuracy in the replacement part, it’s totally hidden once the slat is mounted (besides, someone smarter about the A-4 than myself could probably find far more glaring inaccuracies!). Since I cut them a little long and made sure the excess was INSIDE the wing itself, I think they’re probably stronger than the original part.

Thanks Mike!

The markings are for VF-45 who, I believe, was at the time based at Key West. At least, that’s what I inferred from the “Boca Chica Bandit” patch I once saw… [H]

Good luck finishing your F-5!

Many thanks!

Great finish (and ingenious fix on the slat) to this Scooter, Kolja94.

The A-4 was born to wear Aggressor camo (I know mine will, whenever I can get to building it).

Thanks, Dre!
