Achtung! I Scored a KEEPER!

Heya Motorheads… I finally nailed it down on Ebay after months of searching…

Been wanting this kit to go alongside my Revell 1/28th DR1 for an airshow/car show diorama I’ve been planning for some time…

Question is now, do I build it, or hang onto it? It’s a re-release, copyright is 1994, so I don’t think the collector value is all that much, compared to a score on the '60s release, but…

Whattya think? Dio or stash it?

I’m leaning dio reallu heavily, but though I’d ask…

Note: Since the scales are so close, I figure that it’ll work even if I don’t do it in a shadow box with forced perspective, as the Baron’s car is rather small anyway… Of course, the 1/72 scale Dr1 in the kit would work for a forced perspective shadow box as well…The figures I have are the ones with the DR1 kit, but if theres a source for a kinda hot-lookin’ airplane/car groupie figure in a similar scale, I’d like to get one… Any ideas?

BUILD IT! [:D]

What–you got it just to let it catch dust on a shelf? [%-)]

The guy ya bought it from was doin’ just that!

BUILD IT! [:P]

[#ditto] Well said, besides you already “Envisioned” a purpose for it.Thats why you Got it Right ?

Build away, there is always another lurking on a Dusty Shelf of Hidden in the depths of another Stash.

True, I bought it to build it… Now if I could find the Hot Wheels Red Baron as well… Hmmm I could use the 1/72nd Dr1 with that, and start a diorama of the diorama being displayed next to the diorama of the 1/24th car and plane , I could then make it look like…

My hair hurts now…

Think I’ll just build it…
