Just had an E mail from scale effex in Australia they have finally released their dry dock for the 1/72 boat its er HUGE [:0]

samreichart, at the current exchange rate, it works out to 256.50 US dollars. Not bad, considering shipping is included.
FYI: go to www.xe.com for monetary exchange rates. Their site has a tool that will allow you to enter amount, specify which currency it’s in, then convert to whatever currency you wish.
I wish they would do section of a U-boat bunker rather than just a open dry-dock
Give them time the dry dock is more for display the bunker might be forthcoming. Drool, Drool, to both.

That’s a pretty impressive piece of work…I can just imagaine how long it would take to weather all those building fronts, the roofs, doors, etc. Once it was completed though, with a nicely weather Type VII sitting there, one would have quite a musem piece. Oh, then there’s all the figures that would need to be included.
hmmmm…if you wanted torpedos for the display, you can always raid Revell’s 1/72 Schnellboat and use them…[:D]
