A photo chop I did this afternoon… one of those “what-if” kinda things…
Oh well… I always thought a D-Model would look good dressed out, so I thought I’d see what it would look like. [:)]

The modern day Go-Go would probably have an extended pylon for Hellfire missiles and a 30mm chain gun. Maybe 2 of the gunner’s stations would have M134 miniguns and the other two .50s. I think all the SOAR Chinooks have a -60D mounted on the back ramp instead of a .50, though I’m not sure why. Still looks cool to see a modern day Go-Go. Thanks again Frank.
I agree. Mini-guns would have been the way to go. Not to mention it probably would have the updated/beefier T55-L-714 engines.
But hey, it’s your vision Frank, and i enjoyed it none the less. Especially since it looks ‘real-world’ and most of use weren’t around to see the real Go-Go’s.
