In my stash of WW II Russian a/c I have this kit (ACD 1649) and I can’t find a ‘build’ ref anywhere. Seems this was a ‘re-kit’ from another manufacturer, but I can’t find out![banghead]
Any clues?[:-^]

It is the Hobbycraft kit and I see many reviews on modelingmadness.com. Hope this helps
Is that the HobbyCraft Kit # 1530?
I’m not sure exactly which Hobbycraft kit #, but Academy used the same molds. I don’t know how may kits HC released, but my guess is they are all similar. I have the same Academy kit and found some of the Modelingmadness reviews helpful. I picked up the Legend cockpit for when I get around to it.
Hypersale and Aircraftresourcecenter also have some galleries and reviews of the Hobbycraft and Academy La-7’s.
Many thanks for the info. [bow]
I’ll look up those builds for input.[:D]
You are welcome and I’ll be looking for updates on your build! [;)]
I’d like to hear what you think of the kit as you build it.
BTW: To round out my collection of Russian a/c I’ve ICM’s Yak-9K, Mig 3 and A/M’s IL-2m3, Stromovik. I try to do them by country; saves on painting supplies and mind set.[:-,]
I found a ‘build’ article and thanks again for the info.[bow]
Happy modeling![:D]
