Do Academy’s '48 scale F-14s include the drop tanks and pylons?

Yes. Not as well done as the Hasegawa kit, but OK.
They do. Unfortunately, the kit you have to stick them too isn’t the greatest.
I built the kit over ten years ago and I think it is a good kit. It isn’t a shake and bake kit and does have a few problems, but all in all a very good model can be made of it. I don’t understand why so many people cut the kit down.
It has many improvements over the Monogram kit and includes different sensors for the nose, open and closed AB nozzels, and the nose strut can be posed kneeling or extended. With a little work you can produce a very nice looking aircraft.
