i kinda messed up the front landing gear bay for my Acd Hornet while building it and again while painting it. it’s totally useless right now due to the number of times that it was taken apart and reglued…i have no idea why i did that [:I] Does anyone here have a spare or would like to make me a resin copy of an unbuilt one? please let me know.
Why don’t you try contacting Academy and ask if you could order replacement parts. I know Revell-Monogram has this service on the site and that Academy’s English site is severly limited. So e-mail is probably your best bet.
This might be a great opportunity for you to scratch build one. All you need is sheet/tube styrene and some wire. It is a basic rectangular shape and you can get a good idea from the kit part as to where things are located. And hey, let’s face it, unless this is a contest model, the bays wont be seen anyway.
