Hi Ya’ll

After getting some Superscale decals for the 169th fighter wing “Swamp Foxes” I’m eager to build. I have two kits avalible to me the Tamyia and Academy kits. My ability at building aircraft kits is very low, maybe one in every ten kits I start gets finished. I’ve never finished one that i am satisfied with.

My question is what is the best way to tint the canopy, the gold anti-flash type? Also witch oh the two kits should I start with?

Tamiya, it has both tinted and clear canopies, is so easy to build because of the fit, and looks superb when finished. You have to learn patience by the sounds of it lol. Take your time and you should get a pretty good finished kit. I used not a single drop of filler on my Tamiya F-16, assuming you’re talking about the 1/32 scale?
