I am completely new to modeling and this is my first attempt and I am overwhelmed when it comes to the paint. I have no clue what kind of paint to get.
Enamel?
Acrylic?
When I look at the different brands, it seems that no one brand has all the RLM colors I need.
And then there is airbrushing vs painting. I was given an older paasche VL set that I have not tried to use as of yet so I would like to at least try the airbrushing route, but wonder if certain parts would be better brushed on.
And then I wonder if I am just overthinking all this and need to consider my first few attempts as learning experiences, do the best I can and throw them in the trash if I am not happy with them.
Any advice?
