Yes, there are a variety of fogging and non-fogging glues out there.
The same way that they will vary in thickness, drying time, etc really depends on the formula and chemical composition of the glue.
Example:
I use a range of Super-glues for modellers and they come in 2 choices quick-drying, or strong bonding neither will dry white nor fog clear parts.
Tamiya’s super-glue seems to be lighting quick on drying, no time for postioning parts.
Tip:
Don’t buy the small tubes of Super Glue rather look for the bigger bottles of Cyano-Acrylate glues(same stuff really).
My favorite Super Glue, or CA for short, is Zap-A-Gap CA+ by Pacer. Available at most hobby shops. It’s a gap filling CA designed for modelers & works extremely well. Some of the Household brands sold in hardware stores, etal, don’t work all that well for modeling.
I use Zap A Gap and have a variety of thier viscositites. I also use the local LHS’s you know the kind that they can get with thier name and address on it. I’m not sure who puts it out but it’s really worked as well as Zap A Gap at a much lower cost.
