when using decal material for wing rib tapes in 1/48,
do you use the material with the backing still attached
or just the decal film itself ?
sorry if this is a silly question, i’m building my first WWi model…
thanx in advance !

Frosty,
I’ve taken the liberty of cross-posting your question over at the Aerodrome models forum. The Aerodrome is a board dedicated specifically to WWI aviation topics, and there are a number of fantastically skilled WWI modelers over there.
Check out that thread:

Regards,
Off the paper Frosty. And make sure you have decal solution and a quality paint brush to hand when you do it.
cheers
Peter
Greetings all; Frostygirl here is a bit of help on the subject. The short answer is apply them like normal wet/slide decals. Model On!
