What is it that you would like a model company to bring out and into production.
As for me I would like to see Tamiya bring out these kits;M-24 Chaffee,German tank recovery veichle and the Muase.Digger[:)][C):-)][:)]
I’d like to see kits of really obscure panzer variants, or even allied “funnies”. That, or readily available conversions!
I’m still waiting for Tamiya to build some British armor: a Valentine and a Crusader. More Russian as well, say a BT-7.
A good DD (Dual-Drive) Sherman in 1/35th, with the option of the wading skirt up or down. A Valentine Bridgelayer. A Matilda with Heavy Carrot device. A Sherman Crab II.
Just to name a few.
Glenn
does Tamiya make a Comet?Digger[:)][C):-)][:)]
Tamiya dont make a Comet (i wish they did) they make the Cromwell (looks a bit like a Comet if you squint[:)])
A Sherman Crab, a Staghound, and a Dora. Then I could give up plastic and just buy books (yea, right !)
I think some WW1 armor would be cool. Some neat looking subjects there
Some WW1 armor, a new T-62, a new M60A2 and a T-90 are on my wish list.
I am still hoping for an updated T-62 from Tamiya. I was going to buy one and make it an Iraqi tank during Operation Iraqi Freedom but I heard there was so many things wrong with it (little things) I just didn’t want to touch it.
how many of these Armour wish lists have been done in the last month?
i would like
A Challenger A33
A Comet
and the others i picked in the other topics
I’d like Tamiya to make a Challenger2, a Merkava3?(the new version),a T-90, and a new Stuart and Lee.( I think that its just a matter of time before these roll off including fixed versions of their innaccurate kits)
Your wish about a Tamiya Chally 2 may come true, Beans. Model Graphix recently ran an article saying that might be Tamiya’s next 1/35 kit.
As for the Merk III and Stuart, Academy offer fine kits now of both those vehicles (AFV Club makes a nifty Stuart, too). I believe Academy will also release a Lee and Grant later this year.
Now, a T-90 would be nice…
I’d like to see the Centrioun updated so that it has the deck used by Israel in 1982 and reactive armour.
a tamiya armor with dry transfer decals, photoetched parts, metal tracks and tamiya paints included! that would be a blast! LOL
i think tamiya has a new factory here in the philippines, i was surprised to see a kit a week ago with a “Made in the Philippines” on the box. maybe they could produce some armor kits that were used here in our country with decals example philippine flags or markings.
I would like to see more detail and variant kits and at a resonable price. I found a detail kit for my Hanomag 251/9 from AFV [i believe] for 2 and 1/2 times the price i paid for the whole 251/9 kit[:(!]
Well seeing as how the wishes of the 1/35th scale crowd is well represented here, I think I shall speak up for the Braille Scalers. [;)] The top Armor models that I in particular want to see in 1/72 scale are:
M-26 Pershing
T-72 tank with decal and parts options for Middle East Armor.
M-109 Paladin S.P. Gun
Russian T-90
More modern French and Italian Armor such as APC’s, and Scout vehicles.
Mobile AA systems from all countries.
HEMTT trucks, all variants.
MLRS from US and Germany.
Dragon Wagons
I think that covers it quite well so far. I think there is enough good representation of WWII German Armor to keep us busy for awhile, but the kits I just listed are the most neglected subjects in the Industry. [V]
That’s my [2c]
I agree with lizardqing2, id like to see some more WWI armor.
thers some 1/72nd T 72s here http://www.acemodel.com.ua/?p=news&l=en
I’d LOVE to see a Russian t-90, the Dora in 1/35 would be spectacular, as well as a Conqueror. I know AA makes one in resin, but I want injection moulded plastic. Some recovery and transport vehicles would be nice.
