A 311th F.G. P51b Mustang

Folk’s,

This 48 P51b subject finished in the marking of Capt. J.J.England, of the 530th Sqn at Mohanbari, India in 1944. My subject is a replacement aircraft to his ‘A’ which is finished in the aeromaster paint range, the model was built several years ago and was displayed for a short time in a shop.

nice stang Lobbie!!

Ees beautiful Allison Pony. She is – how you say – Accurate Miniatures, no?
Nice people they are. I asked for PE seat belt replacement. Unlike at least two other, much larger, Eastern hemisphere manufacturers I will not name, which charge 13 dollar for one entire, yet small, sprue when all you need is a lost gear leg, I get a hand addressed envelope with a rubber stamp return address containing the whole PE fret, which also contains the wiring ring for F3F. So now I have an extra of those little beauties.
After all that, Lobbie, you’re gonna say it is in fact a heavily modified Monogram “B” on which magic was worked. And AccMin is irrelevent to this string. Life, she is like that from time to time.
