'69 Superbee off the assembly line (lotsa pics)

well i finally finished my 69 Superbee project [:D]
here are some pics for your enjoyment
as always comments/suggestions are welcome [:)]

and here are some detail pics

all the window trim, fender turn signals, and hood pins were done with Bare Metal Foil, the turn signals and taillights were painted with Tamiya Clear Red and Yellow Paints then overcoated with Testors Clear Window Cement (for coverlens look), and replaced driveshaft with brass tube (kit shaft was crappy)

all in all anf enjoyable build and i recommend it to ANY Mopar Muscle Car Fan

thanks for looking

Hi ya gharlane

Great MOPAR build … [^]

I really like the color … thanks for sharing … [swg]

Comments/suggestions, hmmm…!?
Looks good to me, maybe a bit orange peel in the paint job but nothing alarming. I’m growing more and more fond of American iron. Have to build some more myself and this was an inspiration! I have one suggestions though, put it in a box and send it to me…it’ll look fine in my cabinet [}:)] [:D]

Keep it up!
Niclas

Nice build [tup][tup]

Awesome! You saw my comments at SH, so wont repeat them here. Great job.

Go Mopar!
Great build of a great car.

Looks Great. Nice Mopar.

Regards, Rick

thank you all for the kind comments and suggestions. i will probably pick up another Superbee kit and this time do it as a stock build [8D]. i did this from memory[:p]. it was the first car i had ever owned[;)]. the only difference, IIRC, was the the car i owned was British Racing Green, the wheels were called Chrome Reverse, a rim with no slots in them, and street slicks[8D]

again thanks

Great build. I like the engine compartment.
