I haven’t done a car in a long time!.or finished one anyway [:P]

so here we go! I picked up the black widow. plan to make the street version also black and white. more of an everyday work car.

heres some progress on the engine

some interior work.

its a utility sedan so a bit of dirt is in order!

Nice work! will be watching this one [:D]

yes, the weathering totally suits this kit. well done so far.

dashboard painted

all the chrome parts get stripped and sprayed with alclad.

Wow - that’s amazing work. Even the details on the Christmas present are amazing! [<:o)]

a few more part sprayed with alclad

wheels on, I flat spotted all the wheels to make it look like the car actually weighs something!

I decided to make this into a backwoods moonshine hauler!

heres some mock up pics. body is still in progress. more work needed on weathering and rust spots etc.

heres my shine runner.

Very nice build James. I especially like the weathering. Well done.

Simply amazing work. I can’t believe how quickly you produce these models. [:|]

James,

You don’t produce “models”, man–you do “Miniature ART

This is like a painting of an ol’ reliable just sitting there waiting to be fired up and do what it’s been meant to do all it’s “life”, Simply outstanding. I think I’d pay to see an exposition of your models in a gallery somewhere!

Amazing!

Hey, Detail Master has some resin old moonshine bottles that you can get and put in the scene. That would really complete the “mood”!

that looks great you did a really good job on the weathering

You did yourself proud James. I really like the details that you used.

Very nice JT… great detail!

Thanks for sharing

That is really gorgeous. I can almost hear the engine ticking as it cools from a run.
