I thought Don Pruel of J&D Productions used to make some in 1:96 scale, but a check of his site

I thought I saw where L’Arsenal is making a 1/350, mainly for the Arizona, but for any other new releases of the same era. I think they are also making the 5"/25 in 1/350.

i have a set of 1/350 from white ensign. they are quite nice. i am looking at trying to modify them a bit and use them for 4.1" guns on my EMDEN. of corse i would have to build the gun shields.
