463L aircraft pallets, anyone make them?

I was just curious if any model company or accessory company makes the standard USAF 463L pallet. These would be a great accessory for any cargo mover, C-5, C-130, C-141 and C-17.

Of course I still have a few project before taking on my planned (atleast in my mind) C-130H2.

The 463L should be quite easily to scratbuild unless you want to out all the tie downs on.
