my hobbyshop just got a new “top of the line” airbrush i think for a price like that they would include a compressor, paint thinner and every thing else you need for airbrushing
$423 for an airbrush?
I can get an Iwata or a DeVillbiss gun (made for spraying cars and trucks) for less than $250, and that’s not a bad price for these high quality spray guns.
As they say in the vernacular Down Under, someone needs to be told to “get their hand off it”.
For that price, I’d expect it to paint the bloody models as well…

Not really. That would only be $70.65 each in Canadian funds which is cheap for an airbrush like an Eclipse.

ok ok, I’ve just gotten back on the forum after a few days in bed/couch with a fever. yes it was $250 for the aztek A4709. but remember that it is in canadian funds which converted would be $170 US. personally I don’t think its the HS’ fault, it must be the cost to get them exported up here. the LHS gets them (azteks) in small numbers I think. but he just got a huge order of paasche H’s in and had a sale on them. I got mine for $69 cdn, converted… $45 US. normally he would sell them for $80 cdn.
oh it did show a picture of the A4709 airbrush and every thing that comes with it in that wood case of its.
That’s too much money for one of those Pontiac type Azteks too!

Wonder if it’s an Iwata custom micron ? I believe
list is $550 US for one but you can get one for $275. That’s
still a lot but they are a precision tool for professionals. They’ll
spray a hairline width consistently.
M1’s right the Aztec 4709 with video and accessories in the case lists for $169.95. I didn’t know they cost that much.

hi here in the uk we can get a very good airbrush , double action for £30-0 from machine mart , and that includes the tax , ok it is badger 200 copy but a dam fine one cheers ian
