I was perusing the HAMB the other day in the great running thread “Vintage Shots From Days Gone By”.I came across a photo of a '32 Caddy that had been converted into a tow truck.i liked it and since I had the Monogram '32 Caddy Phaeton kit I decided to convert it.I rescribed the front door and roughed in the rear truck section.
Very interesting philo. Looking forward to seeing how this turns out. Keep up the great work.

Neat project!
Thanks guys!I appreciate it!
Eclectic! I like it! Mater’s more refined older brother.
Could be!
Despite the fact the fenders were molded in black,I still primered and painted them as well as the roof.

I painted the body and hood Tamiya Gold Leaf. The plan is to use vinyl letters and numbers as negative masks ,which will create markings after the body is sprayed black and the stickers are carefully peeled off,Good method i have used in the past.
Sheesh, every time I venture over here, you guys make me sick! lol! Freakin’ COOL work, philo. Looks tremendous!!!
Thanks!Doog!
Terrific build! Something different too, which I like.
