3 inches long and 3 months to get finished pics finally...

As some of you may know the absolute pleasure I had with this fine specimen of a kit, I am sad to say that I am finished with it. At least as finished as it’s probally ever going to see. About all that I would have done to it other than what has been done is decals ( if some one happens to see then , please contact the local autorities) and maybe the trailer that came with it, but it was victim to the 2 year old and the light. Nothing I can say about the build or the kit that would conform to the rules set for the forum , so here are the pics.

Comments are welcome as usual , but there is not to many words that I have not said about this kit allready [}:)]

Man, if my Brad turns out half as good as that, I’ll be happy!

AWESOME work chris!!!

Looks great!!!

WOW!!! what a fine specimen!!! only 3 months to complete it too!!! unbelievable!!! would you reccomend it to more inexperienced modelers or not???

Gee, that’s great work. I really like the fine camouflage detail. BTW, what kit is it from? Tamiya or DML?

Thanks guys. It is the Tamiya kit, with some road wheels from a Nitto kit thanks to Spamicus.

Great build, even if it wasn’t from your end. Not familiar with the story but I picked up enough bits here and there to make me want to check the return policy of my LHS on the Dragon 2/2 I just bought.[;)]

Great looking build, Chris
Glad you stuck it out…three months, yowsa!
Regards, Dan

[(-D][(-D][(-D] I wondered if you would brave it again or not!!

It come out good considering.

Eric

Looks excellent Chris. Now, into to counselling to get over the whole ordeal.
Little bit disappointed it didn’t end up under something.
Decal schmecals, you’ve got closure!

Matt

Looks great Chris.

Thanks for the compliments.
Eric- I got this done, so when we going to see that Tiger?

Hey Chris,
Whos kit is that again??? Over all build looks good. I take it that the camo is free hand right??
MMMmmmm, I have one or two of the Ol Tamiya kits on my shelf. See what you have started!!!
Are you going to incorporate it in a dio or anything like that.
Lookin good so far.
Flaps up, Mike

WOW that looks great! It would probably take me 3 years to complete that!!

It’s the Tamiya kit with the trailer. The camo is free hand yes. NOt sure about incorporating it into anything yet. Came close to being incorporated into the wall a time or two. Thats why it took 3 months, had to hide it from myself before one of us recieved serious damage.

Yo, Chris, great looking results even without all the problems you had. My hat’s off to you. I may have to get with you for some painting lessons.[bow][bow][bow][bow]
Keep up the great work.

Carl - remember, your weapon wasbuilt by the lowest bidder.

Looks great considering the trouble it was.
I give you [tup][tup] Chris.

And here I thought you were going to drag this out like Eric is doing with his Tiger.

Looks good Chris … I know this one was a wrestling match for you.

Wow that is your longest build to date, and on the smallest kit you’ve built! Looks nice, i thought it was the DML kit.

awesome chris. makes my three month 109 feel like it has company.
